I am forced to use this company as a third party billing agent. For 1 full year this "company" has sent me a shut off notice and sent someone to disconnect our water services. Not only is this now straight up harassment because it has happened every single month since January of 2017. 12 months of shut off notices, and someone knocking on our door charging us ridiculous amounts to keep a basic human necessity for survival. Now yes normally bottled water would be fine, however I do not have a car and the nearest store is 1.5 miles from my house one way which I walk almost daily as is. In less than 2 weeks our bill has gone from $135 to over $300. They charge $60 to turn it off and another $60 to turn it back on. They send bills out on the due date so we have to automatically pay a late fee every month. We just received ANOTHER SHUT OFF notice and our service has been disconnect for 2 weeks. I also have a daughter who is in stage 2 ckd.. How is this right? How is this legal to deprive the disabled and everyone else of a service that is crucial for every day survival. Our bodies are made of 70% water. How can they tell us that disconnecting our water isn't endangering our lives... I hope this company doesn't get the chance to hurt anyone else.
They have payment arrangements as long as your account is current and not in shut off notice status. Meaning you cant set anything up unless your account is current. If your account is current there is no need for payment arrangements. Dumbest policies I have ever seen
