I have purchased a Coach Tote bag on line from this company. Paid by credit Card same day and Received order# and receipt for the payment in amount of $89.00. However if I ever known that this company is in China, i would have never done any business with them. There was no mention or explanation that the amount charged will be different once it will be processed by Credit Card company due to the foreign currency exchange rate. i found that out when i got my credit card statement. and I was fine with that. I received an tracking number information in two days and was relived that the shipment was on its way. However till today i have not received my order. I received only one response to my several e-mails to this company 's e-mail address [email protected] telling me that the order is not shipped yet and will be late due to the Holiday rush. Then why in the hell they provided me the first tracking number in 2 days. that was a simple lie. Still hopelessly waiting for there reply, which i don't think i will ever see again. Not sure how to go buy by reversing my charges on my credit card since i now know that i have no hopes of getting my tote bag...
