He approached us via gmail by saying that he is an agent of lender in CA and can lend us term loan up to $1.5M within a couple days processing time.
He explained $1,800 is the only processing upfront fee we should pay and after our payment made, the process started.
However, from time to time he requested various new fees to complete the loan disbursement procedures and collected from us total $9,500.
After the collection of total $11,300 upfront fee, the loan has not been delivered and the person started to say that the loan fund for $1.5M was retained by FinCen because of certain reasons and $30K is requested to release such restraint.
We continually requested the submission of such evidences to discuss the disposition, but he never submitted the proof and basis of $30,000. It has been a long discussion, but he intentionally deferred the disbursement and delayed his response. As of today 12/26, there is no indication that the loan shall be disbursed and this scam action has made our company's sought funding very difficult.
Update: 07/20/2018
Davis Jimmy Leroy continued wrongful behaviors. The total fees stolen reached to $18,900.00 as of 7.20.2018, and he continued to trick by proposing international cash transportation by using a diplomat. Truly maliciously evil minded scammer.
Update: 04/01/2019
Davis Jimmy Leroy re-approached to me by saying that he must deliver the promised loan for $1.5M in cash. Cash be transported by a Diplomat from Europe to US. Even after such fees paid in Bitcoin, no delivery of cash occurred as of 4.01.2019
