This is a Chinese company that uses website http://www.beaesale.com as a front for what appears to be a US company. The website just popped up for the holidays. I ordered new but received 2 defective Beats Solo2 headphones and when i tried to return them it was revealed that the company was in China and it would cost $200 shipping to return the headphones. I had a second shipment coming which I canceled through the carrier, DHL Express while it was still in Hong Kong. DHL Express confirmed that the headphones were returned to the shipper but now the vendor is claiming that they were not received and will not refund my $318. In addition the Commercial Invoice for the headphones that I initially received were only declared as $10 in value when presented by this vendor to US Customs even though I paid $147 for each of them. If I returned them, the vendor wanted me to claim they were only valued at $10 so they could avoid Chinese taxes. I think that there are going to major issues with this company when US customers try to return products and get their money back. I have exchanged over 25 e-mails with this company and they continually stonewall me. They are using Chinese trading companies such as JISHOU ZHUSUN PAPER PRODUCT CO and BEN SHI DONT PACKING TECHNOLOGY CO as fronts to export their products to the US.
