Thinking it was a business located in the United Kingdom, I ordered a pair of size 9 Reebok Exofit Hi Wheat shoes. I received a confirmation email shortly after the purchase, but no shipping information. On June 24, I received a package from China which contained a pair of Reebok shoes wrapped in a plastic bag. The shoes were not only a different size, but also a different model and color. After repeated emails, the seller finally responded and asked for photos of the shoes I received, which I promptly sent. From that point forward, the seller would not respond to any emails. Since I paid via Mastercard, I was able to contact them and have my money refunded. Since the incident, I've read online of numerous complaints of this exact scenario regarding this seller.
