I called in reference to the RX helper for my mom who had fallen in the donut hole with her meds. She has Type 2 diabetes using insulin and another injectable which cost about $400,00 a month. I began the process and sent an application and information asked, Each time I sent what was needed , I was sent something else. I never got all the necessary information at once and since before the beginning I have sent information. I paid on 10/21/2017 $60.00 plus $69.95. They have continually sent other paperwork needed and yesterday I was told they did not have the application which is not true. I was charged $69.95 on 11/26/17 . I did not know I would get charged again, without being approved and never receiving anything, I call the customer service line and spoke with someone named Alberto. He was very rude and short and did not want to hear what I was trying to explain, I requested a supervisor and he told me that was not necessary but after insisting, i was told everyone was busy but someone would call me back. I never received a call from anyone and I did receive a letter to cancel when I told me the year will be over I would have paid a lot of money and received no help. I need someone to contact me and explain what is going on so I can make an informed decision. I had to pay about $400.00 plus the plus another $199.90 for no help with my moms medication.
