This happened on September 1, 2017.

I saw an ad on Facebook for CerebralX September 1, 2017 claiming it would help you focus and was being recommended by Bill Gates. The ad said to try it for just the shipping charges and so I purchased it. It took almost 3 weeks to receive it.

I was looking at my Bank account about a week after I had received the pills. I noticed a RECURRING charge of $84.71 per month being started. It had a phone number on it, so I called it.

The lady I talked to said that I should have looked at the terms & conditions to see that there would be a recurring monthly subscription setup.

Why would I do that when the ad said shipping charges and implied that would be the only charge?

So, i asked for a refund and she said I could get 50% back right over the phone. I declined and said I would just send the box with the unopened pills back to them.

She did give me an RMA and so I sent back the pills today by certified mail. I presume they will refund me, but it was a very sleazy way to get people to get on an $84.71 monthly subscription without actually saying that in the entire ordering process.

To me, that is a scam, so I am reporting them.
