The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
They sold hardware with instructions to contact them when I receive it, and they would help install the necessary software remotely.
Received the hardware and contacted them....no response. ! month later, numerous emails, no response.
The hardware can't be used without the software and the hardware won't even power on.
No response to my request for a refund, of course.
