When a billing notice is late.. and you pay when received... if it arrives late, Lowes Credit card with Synchrony Bank doubles the charge via imposing a late fee equal to balance owed. Usury is OK with Lowes. So my cautionary tale is avoid using their credit card, all that 5% discount on purchases is recouped by them by not sending a timely notice. It isn't worth the extra charges due to them to get a 5% discount on purchases.
