I purchased a designer coat which was labelled new for my husband at this shop , Ivory N21 at 772 Green Lanes, London N21 3RE. After I presented it to my husband, he tried it on and we found some marks on the inside lining. I took it to my cleaners and they informed us that the marks indicated that the coat had been worn several times. Upon closer inspection, we realised that the coat was used, and I had been cheated, as it was sold to me as brand new!
I took the coat back to the shop and the man who sold it to me, refused to give me a refund. He was very rude and it's clear that he is running a dishonest operation.
The name of the owner of the place is Abidin Seyfi and I googled his name to find out more.
It turns out that he had been arrested and sent to prison in 2003 for smuggling mobile phones from london to Turkey.
