I paid her USD2500 for an online coaching program thru Paypal last year October. The coaching is for teaching me ecommerce business using the Shopify platform.

But the coaching didn’t go well, because she didn’t attend many of the promised calls and I ended up waiting for days to get a single response from her. She said her husband was sick and it kept her busy. I agreed to wait till she settle her matter but she kept on missing the promised calls. Since her coaching contract says that if the coach somehow could not coach the student, the payment will be refunded in full, I decided to cancel the coaching and she agreed to refund me 100%.

All these conversation and her agreement to refund me in full is logged in my FB messenger conversation.

But then she told me her paypal account has been put on hold and kept on delaying the refund. At one time she did not reply at all to my refund requests and I had to contact her sister instead. She told her sister to inform me that her paypal was still on hold and asked me to wait for another 60 days. She even told her sister that I never contact her at all!!

And now, after more than the 60 days she had asked me to wait, she has removed me from her Facebook friends list and totally does not respond anymore. Her sister also had blocked me saying she had already asked Rosie many times to refund me and want to be out of this game.

I have also tried contacting some of her facebook friends and they too had forwarded my message to her, but she keeps on ignoring me.

She knows she owe me USD2500, and she knows I have been trying to contact her, but she is being evasive. To me, this is a scam and she is deliberately doing it.

I just want to warn the others, if anyone of you is planning to get in touch with this lady Rosie Cachola, please beware. That USD2500 is actually I got from a bank loan, and because of this lady, I have been blacklisted from my bank.
