Sylvia Wood deliberately undervalued my house and sold it below valuation to her friend. I found out that she already knew the buyer and allowed them to pay a very low amount as she had taken a large bribe from the buyfers side. After the transaction was complete, I met a couple of potential buyers from before and they told me they had quoted a higher figure to Sylvia, but she declined as she wanted 'under table money'
I was very shocked!
I have found out that all their staff try to do this if they can as they can pocket few tens of thousands of pounds and avoid tax!
Do not use this dishonest agent.
