I started a campaign in Go Fund Me' s website to help my dear friend after her home burned to the ground. She list 3 dogs and 4 cats, all of her possessions, het husband's ashes, collections, antiques, everything. The problem occurred with my friend receiving her donations, minus the 5%fee. She sent them a voided check (pictures) for direct deposit (dd). We then received an email saying if a withdrawal didn't happen by July 29th, the sound wud be stopped. There us no phone number for customer service. Their sensuous says they reply to questions within 5 minutes, "guaranteed." Well that doesn't happen, I am just ignored, and I don't know what too do!
