I just received a call stating that I am due $9,200 and that I will have to go to a Rite Aid Pharmacy, purchase a gift card via ITunes, for $200.00 and give them the code. The person I spoke to on the phone, her names Mariah Wilson. Phone number that was used to contact me was, 3478579965. After a few days of them constantly calling me about the #9200.00 they said will be transferred over to me via checking account or western union, as an idiot, I caved. Once I made the purchase for #200.00 iTunes gift card, I gave her the code. Shen then gave a number to call, 6466279389, only to speak to someone named Eric Morrison, Federal Reserve. He said the money is ready to be transferred into my personal account, but first, I would need to pay an additional $700.00 fee for the transfer since it's a state to state transfer, big bank of New York. My heart immediately dropped down to my stomach because I just knew this had to be scam. They were willing to take 350 so they can transfer half the money until I have the rest to complete the transfer. Told them I'll have to call them back tomorrow. After some quick google search of Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and read all the scams, I felt even worse. Mind you, I'm in school for nursing and I really could have used the 9200 to pay for my semesters. Now, I'm the idiot who got scammed for $200.00. Please help me retrieve back my money.
