I booked ski Dubai polar super pass via viator on 25.06.17 through my visa debit card.They debited 341.50 USD at the time of booking.But after 3 hours I got email that The details used in this transaction are suspected to be fraudulent.At this time we have canceled the transaction and notified the applicable fraud authorities.The voucher for this tour is now null and void.
After that I called customer support and that lady told me you will get refund in next 24 hours.I checked with my bank after two days and they didn't found any refund for the same.Again I called customer support and another guy told me you will get refund in next 3 to 7 days but till today I didn't get my money back.Right now I am in Dubai on 14 days tourist visa and I don't have much cash to book same attraction.After two days I have return ticket to my country.I called customer support so many times but now no response from their side.
I suggest you never never book from viator.
