I rec'd a package from my sister in Florida on Wed, Nov9, 2011,which I was expecting. She told me she sent me 19 avacados (she has trees in her yard). When I rec'd it, I called and laughed and asked her why she had someone else write my address on the box. She said she didn't; she wrote it herself in red ink on orange paper. I opened the box (with her on the phone) and told her thanks for the 6 avacados. She was stunned and said she sent 19(nineteen) avacados! I called the 800 # at 1:24pm (800 275 8777) for the P.O. and spoke to MASON, and told him the problem...that 13 avacados were missing and the box wasn't from my sister anymore...someone had opened it and replaced 6 fruits and sent it on to me. I had a promise from MASON that someone would contact me within 2 days. Friday came and went with no call. I injured myself and forgot about the promised call til yesterday, but when I returned from the hospital, I felt it was too late to call.
I have a Privacy number of (Personal Information Removed) and my case confirmation was my phone number (Personal Information Removed) .
I'm upset because there was NO EXPLANATION as to WHAT HAPPENED. My sister spent $14.95 to send me a package that in my opinion was DEFINITELY tampered with! If a note or explanation would have been inserted at least I would know that NO ONE STOLE WHAT WAS NOW MY PROPERTY!
My name is Dorothy Kleinschmidt
