We are a international buying company, have office in China, we've ordered 5Tons HDPE virgin nature MI14 , European food grade standard as trail order from QINGDAO SHENSHENG IMPORT & EXPORT CO. LTD dated on 5th of April, 2017, 100% prepaid the whole payment in USD4400 by TT, the scheduled delivery date should be 15working days after the received the payment, but QINGDAO SHENSHENG IMPORT & EXPORT CO. LTD making a lot of excuses to delay the delivery date, till Mid May, they told us that the factory have the problems that they can not process the production for now, so they are willing to return all the payment to us, but they ask us to sign a refund agreement to avoid other dispute once we get the returned payment,we have no choice but to agree that.
It is tripartite agreement, our china office manager present us, Chong, Zhao present QINGDAO SHENSHENG IMPORT & EXPORT CO. , and Baoguo Sun present China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hebei Mediation Center,but after we signed the agreement, we can not get touch with them any more, all the phone calls are out of service and no respond for our emails.
We know that we've been scamed by them, here are all the detail information we get for this fraud company,
