I completed a satisfaction survey (Comcast) and was told I would receive a watch if I paid shipping charges of $6.99. When I received my credit card bill, I noticed a charge for $99.98. When I called to complain about the charge I was informed that I had waited too long to return the watch (14 days) and that I was being charged for a second watch that was still in the mail. I do not know where those fine print terms and conditions were located when I originally ordered the watch. The watch does NOT appear to be worth $100, and whoever heard of being charged for something before seeing it?
The only thing the operator offered to do is refund half the cost of the second watch and to cancel my subscription. This company should not be allowed to do business.
