I signed up to this website for their free trial and they have in their conditions that I could cancel at any time to prevent further charges.
I have received my free trial but when I try to cancel they haven't anywhere provided an e-mail address and the cancellation phone number doesn't work. It just hangs up when you connect.
Help I cannot cancel this membership.
