I was trying to purchase what was 10 vials of Botulinum Toxin Type A Botox. The pictures that Osland Aeshetics Limited have on the internet are very nice and it appeared to offer a good presentation of the product.
After paying for this product I received a box in the mail about 10 days later. The first thing I noticed was that there was only one Ice-pack and it was totally thawed. It was definitely not enough to keep the botox cool as it was supposed to be kept during shipment.
Upon opening the contents, the only items that were in the box was 10 vials with some kind of contents in unmarked containers. The vials did not have any labels or boxes like the pictures on the internet.
After not getting any response from Grace, the saleswoman from Osland, I decided to try the product to see if it was botox because I paid so much money for it. After finding out that the product did not work I continually emailed all of the representatives that I could find from Oland, Grace, Terry and Steve. I never received a response to this day. This company sells fake product and then ignores you when this is questioned! The company is Osland Aesthetics Limited and the sales reps are Grace Wang, Terry Wang, and Steve
