Please investigate this apparent scam operation. They tout themselves as being a legitimate and respectful research company, when in fact they're illegally ascertaining citizen's personally identifiable information for the purpose of sending recipients real cash in teasingly small amounts along with a letter, in which they implore you to take their survey about your personal TV & Media habits. Their "do-gooder" facade is nothing but a cleverly disguised phishing operation in which they attempt to get as much personally identifiable information from you as they possibly can.

When you press them about how they obtained your info they simply state they gather it from public records, but when asked specifically, they refuse to elaborate.

The fact that they're sending $1 and $2 dollar bills along with a letter passing themselves off as a benevolent survey & research company, is a huge red flag, in an of itself.

There is no reason whatsoever that these companies should be allowed to just glean any information they can find, no matter how they get it, and the fact that they refuse to say what specific organization it was that gives them our information is another great cause of concern.

Every citizen in the United has the legal right to protect and keep private their personally identifiable information, and no individual, agency nor company has any right illegally ascertaining that information without your expressed written consent---period!
