I responded to an add under the COSTCO name for a 'Free' Gift, pay only the shipping. This was for a product called Image Revieve. I used my Capital One credit card and was charged $3.00 approximately. However the package I received had the Revieve product and a Replinish face cream. I was then charged $149.00 and change. I disputed this with Capital One Mastercard and an agent spoke with the company rep. and eventually they agreed to reimburse my account for the full amount and close the account.
However also charged to my account were two items - Eye serum for $8.56 and AHD Amazing Hydroderm for $4.05. When I asked the Rep about these two items he claimed it was some other company, not them.
Four days later I received by mail an exact small carton with two products inside - 1 fl oz of Hydroderm and .33 fl oz of Eye serum, and today I found two charges on my Capital One Master Card , one for Eyeserum for $114.04 and one for Sysbint Hydroderm $120.75.
I did not order these two products and do not know anything about them, or how or who sent them. I checked the small carton and eventually found in very small writing 'From PO Box 500, North York Ontario, M3J 0J8. A google search turned up the above company. In fact there are two different named companies with the same address. I never contacted this company nor did I order these products.
There has been 92 similar complaints about this company.
