I too had a problem with this company. I never agreed to be put on a billing cycle. I called today and told them I was sending their product back and that what I read said nothing about you had only 14 days to cancel. If you don't cancel within 14 days , they charge you for the " free product " that they sent you and you go on a billing cycle. He basically called me a liar. I told him I was going to turn them into the BBB and he said " go ahead we have a B plus rating. I went to the BBB to file a complaint and I couldn't even find the company listed with them. So, my advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible.
