Urgent! Please forward to Enfield Council, relevant dept please.

National Insurance number : WE 21-22-17 B.
I would like to check on the complaint status of the individual, Emir Osman, date of birth 17-01-59, 20 Dimsdale Drive, known current address.
Based on our investigations, he is an expert actor, wile being questioned he is very good at pretending to be a poor a suffering person, he is even capable of producing tears in order to make people believe his stories. None of his stories are true. We have many cases which I will forward to you in which he had cheated women with children, stolen money from his own mother in law when he gained access to her bank card in Cyprus and cases where he would stake out hotel rooms (as a hobby and in connection with criminal rings in Cyprus he would watch out for wealthy tourists and wait for them to go from a swim, etc, then using a key card he bribed from the hotel staff, he would enter the room and steal valuables. In our professional opinion, he is an expert and does this very carefully and then runs back to the UK to hide as a simple accountant under the protection of a UK passport.
Under questioning he is very dangerous, he acts like an child and denies any involvement, including crying like an innocent man. We are currently investigating his case and forward this complaint to you.
