This website has the worst customer service. I have bought the 20 Hardcore/Exalted Orb and I have no clue who i'm looking for. I've stood in the Western Varrock bank for over an hour. The customer support number is incorrect and the skype account never responds. And the one time i get someone on the phone she barely speaks english and tells me to go to "big house to get my poe orbs". There are multitudes of big houses in Path Of Exile! Seriously if you are gonna do service for a particular game, do some research on it before trying to be on the support team.
