I responded to an online offer for a free trial of regenxad for $4.95 for shipping and handling. As I was completing the transaction online, a second product was added for $6.95. I went ahead and paid for it, thinking that perhaps I had made a mistake, but decided to keep the second product. I received my product a week later, with NO shipping information, no company information, no return address. I was suspicious, so I sent an e-mail to the "contact us" address on the website. I asked if I was obligated somehow to further purchases. I received NO response, but to my dismay, my bank account was charged $98.72 for product that I supposedly was obligated now to purchase. I sent another e-mail to the support team, and tried repeatedly to call the "contact us" phone number, to no avail. I have had to change my bank account number to prevent further charges, but I am out the $98.72. Pretty slick scam!
