I ordered two bottles for a one time charge of shipping only...... that was on Feb 24 2017. On March 12 2017 I got an alert from my bank that I had a charge from the same place for 94.19. I immediately called for a refund. I did not authorize this charge. The company said I agreed to this in the terms and conditions and I was supposed to cancel within 14 days of my order. They said after the 14 days they can not issue a refund only a RMA # for return but the will only take returns on unopened bottles (which I have taken 2 pills from each kind).
After re-reading the term and conditions I seen that is the case but they also offer a one time only purchase however at the time of purchase that option is not available and I'm not even sure where to find it. That is the option I would have chosen had it been truly available.
They refuse to give me a number to someone who can refund my money.
This company is scamming people out of a lot of money by hiding their term facts in the small print and not having all option in their terms available.
