I as with another complainant took the survey on amazon. My damages totalled $196 US. However I found a way into their scam and after 1 1/2 hours I succeeded in having the account closed and getting have of my money back. If you look at your credit card bill, the payee is actually a phone number. I phoned it and after many temper tantrums I got hold of the supervisor and came to a less than perfect solution but a solution I can live with. Good luck.
