Purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag for $199.00 with bank card. Withdrawal for purchase was $214.17. Responded to receipt for purchase that listed customer service and was told item was being mail via DHL and provided a tracking number. have check DHL for tracking of item and no item have been shipped.
Payment made to the following:
02/14/17 PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON 02/12 IPL*BYHANDLONDON SHANGHAI CHN S387043009935046 $214.17
NO RESPONSE NOW FROM hotdriven.com or its customer service. Webpage taken down and replaced with a business that set up domain for $9.99. Talked with someone on the phone. Was told they do not screen or know of the credibility of those they set up domain for and did not have a COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT and in their contract do not accept liability for fraudulent behavior.
Told me to contact the Better Business Bureau about it.
I explained that their probably would be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT filed.
The person on the phone was aware of the fraudulent behavior and looked up other claims that were similar in details as mine.
