On 2-6-2017 ad popped up & said I'd won a prize. 5 items were listed & I picked Garcinia Cambogia. All I had 2 do was pay 4.95 shipping. Upon Checkout I was FORCED 2 ORDER a Green Coffee product. Wasn't sure, but an email was sent and confirmed I had 2 Pay 4 two items not just prize I supposedly won. It was late so I called next day 2-7-2017 2 CANCELL ENTIRE ORDER. The customer service person wouldn't take No at first but I said all I wanted was my prize, nothing extra. It took almost twenty minutes 2 get them 2 REMOVE that Green Coffee item off my order, since their checkout said" Customers who ordered Garcinia Cambogia Also ordered Green Coffee AND YOU COULDNT SAY NO. Form FORCED You 2 order Green Coffee. By THIS TIME, I Felt This was SCAM & kept trying 2 CANCELL ORDER BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED. Kept telling me U Ordered This Right? No. I Won A Prize & all I wanted was that. Nothing else. Checkout form DID NOT MENTION 14 DAY TRIAL & NEITHER DID CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. Finally, Rep Agreed 2 Remove Green Coffee Item and I asked TWICE & was told TWICE that Only Amount that would be taken out of my account was 4.95. No mention of 14 day trial. I asked Rep is this a scam & am I going 2 be charged for anything else down line And was told NO. Only 4.95 would be taken. I also told rep I only authorize 4.95 and I better NOT Be Charged 4 anything else Ever & I Was ASSURED TWICE That was case. This took 30 minutes at least & I Felt I had CANCELLED EVERTYTHING BUT 4.95 For my prize. Imagine my surprise when on 2-23_2017 they took 89.95 out of my account. I called & was told I hadn't cancelled. I said I called on 2-7-2017 & most certainly DID CANCELL. First, I was told 89.95 was balance I owed on bottle they sent. I kept telling them it was a prize. Put on hold. Then they told me about 14 day trial. I said I called and cancelled EVERYTHING But 4.95 shipping On 2-7-2017. They said yes I'd called but Cancelled ONLY GREEN COFFEE & I told them Rep had told me TWICE, I wouldn't be charged Except for the shipping on prize. I said bottle says 100% guaranteed & I want my money back. Put on hold. Rep said they could give me 30% of my money. No. Put on hold. Rep then said they would give 50% of money back. No. 100% guarantee I want my money back. Put on hold. Last offer was 75% of my money. No. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK. They said No they couldn't do that. Then I got Sorry we can't resolve this issue & they hung up on me. I call back & ask 2 speak 2 supervisor. No supervisor available. I kept getting Sorry we can't resolve this issue & AGAIN, hung up on. I CANCELLED My bank card so they COULDNT REMOVE ANYMORE MONEY. My bank must've got in contact because they then CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. I called back AGAIN.NO SUPERVISOR & now that account is cancelled, they said I can't get anything because I'm no longer a CUSTOMER. This Is A SCAM. I CANCELLED. THEY ACKNOWLEDGE I Called and CANCELLED BUT They claim I only cancelled Green Tea. No. I CANCELLED. Why else would they at first offer to refund part of my money? First 30%. Then 50%. Then 75%. I wanted ALL MY MONEY BACK SINCE ID CANCELLED ON 2-7-2017. You Can't WIN with these people. Their story KEPT CHANGING AND REFUSED TO CANCELL MY ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED Them to do so. In fact, they told me TWICE, they had. I want my money back. I'm DISABLED. ELDERLY ON FIXED INCOME & this is a FORTUNE 2 ME. This company should be shut down 4 DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.
