International boundaries
Between July 2014 and November 2016, this person claiming to be an Attorney at Law and representing Sheikhs from the Middle East as his investor clients has promised us investment funds of millions of dollars and has taken approximately 120,000k in costs. There is a website: rippingoffinvestors.com which has been set up by another victim which details there modus operandi. There is syndicate of these fraudsters that who operate around the globe. We have reported this person whoever he is to the Police, State Audit Commission, Regulatory Authorities in the relevant jurisdictions and are now putting together a joint class action. We have emails from Mr Hadad promising the funds and also acknowledging he owes us our costs to date but has never delivered anything including our costs back.
These guys are straight up con artists and scammers.

If there is no response from Kareem Hadad, his main partner Mr Abdulsalam Al Hamri needs to be contacted on email: [email protected] - because he has been vouching for him from day one and brought him to the table.
