Discovered $98 debit on bank account dated 3/4/17. Do not recognize company "DANAHEALTHVENAZ". have never purchased from them. Called my bank and advised to restrict debit card used to zero sales and only use card at ATM for funds. according to my bank they tried to debit $98 two other times (2/28 and 3/3) under different business names and my bank denied them. Bank is investigating charge and I'm required to go to my bank and sign a transaction dispute.
