I requested to have my account cancelled at the end of January 2017, and then in February I went on ;line and tried to cancel my account again and as of today I have another charge for $19.95 which I thought my account was already canceled. If I don't get any results in the next 24 hours, I am going to turn this company into the Better Business Bureau.
