Charged for items I did not authorize or was even aware of. Supposedly I completed online survey via Amazon order, which I don't recall completing. I have received 3 shipments to date, which included a men's watch & 1 pair sunglasses, followed by a second men's watch & later another pair sunglasses. I first thought these items were for credit card rewards program. After receiving last shipment, I became concerned & found unauthorized charges on my bank account.
There were 3 different charges made to my account as follows:
Jan 30 - $98.00
Feb 2 - $89.99
Mar 2 - $89.99
(possibly 4th charge for $89.99 yet to post).
I contacted company by phone to inquire/request return & refund for items I had received. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in getting approval for return & refund.
