Magic Mesh™ Door Cover

Today I ordered the Magic Mesh Door Cover online. The information provided on the site claimed the product would be priced at $19.95 and shipping and handling would be an additional $7.99. According to the site an additional Magic Mesh could be received for the cost of $7.99 for the shipping and handling and no purchase price would be charged for the second Magic Mesh. The final confirmation page however stated the cost would be $71.70 for two of the product. I immediately called the customer service line at 1-866-649-0146 at 1:36PM central time to cancel the order. The women at the customer service center informed me the order had not got to their system yet, I should call back in a couple hours. I called the customer service line again at 4:46 PM to be gain informed the order was not in the system. I had also tried going online to the customer service website www,customerstatus.com using my order number to attempt to cancel my order and it is not in that system either. After reading the information on this site I called back with this page open and informed Dan with customer service I was in the process of reporting the company for false advertising. It was amazing Dan was able to find and cancel my order with no problem what so ever! They claimed the price was this high because the order was placed for 4 Magic Mesh Doors rather than 2, and the price should have actually been $35 for both doors and shipping and handling. I still cancelled my order. This is clearly a case of false advertising if not out right fraud.
