I tried to get a Warranty Deed for $.95. When I completed the online information, I was asked to pay $19.95 instead of $.95. I felt like I had been trapped in a web so, I backed my information out. They way I was swindled, I did not want anything to do with this company. I checked my bank statement the next day and a charge of $.95 was on taken from my checking account. I did not get any documents at all.
