I ORDERED A DORA THE EXPLORER DVD PLAYER FROM THE WEBSITE. I WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND THOUGHT I USED PAYPAL TO PAY FOR IT. A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED AND THEN THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS REFUNDED TO ME. THE SEVERAL EMAILS I RECIEVED FROM THEM CAME IN TWO DIFFERENT NAMES, SOMETIMES THEY CAME WITH ELITE ELECTRONICS AND SOMETIMES WITH FINELINE MERCHANDISING. I COULD NOT GET INTO THEIR WEBSITE TO CONTACT ANYONE SO I WENT THRU PAYPAL AND THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
