I ordered Derm exclusive Beachbody in August after seeing an infomercial on the products, this offer was for 39.99. On August 2 my bank account was charged 68.01, then on August 31 I was charged 54.85. Meanwhile I received a package containing all of the products I was to receive . Already I had been overcharged . Again I was charged 54.85 in Sept 30. In Oct, 28th I was charged 26.04, I called the company and told them I was not receiving all the product I had paid for. This rep told me the product had been shipped to the wrong address, a place I had not lived in in 10 years, I never received this missing product which would have been their problem since they mailed it to an old address that I did not give them. In November I was charged 21.00 and again in December 27, 2016. I was again charged 21.00. Then they told me I had cancelled them and returned products that supposedly sent to me. I had never cancelled or sent anything back because I never received it. I have all the charges on my bank statements. The rep for them was very rude and kept interrupting me and acting in a hostile manner. He was to send me to some other agency and here I waited and waited, I finally gave up because I figured it was just another scam.
