Shopping in Dec. on Amazon, a survey popped up that offered me a "free" watch. I paid the $5 s&h. A watch came a week later. Another came in Jan. I was confused. There was no paperwork. I couldn't trace back to it's origin. Finally I found the $98 charge on my credit card. I called the # a few times, but gave up after long holds. Then another watch arrived & another charge. 2 hours of phone calls, transfers, & 4 different reps, I got $98 refunded & will "return to sender" this latest watch (still 2/in the 14 day terms). Hopefully I will see another refund for $98.
