I received an email stating that for paying the shipping cost of $5.95 I would receive a luxury wrist watch and for an additional $5.99 I would also receive a pair of designer sunglasses (tried to close the glasses pop up but could not close it). I paid the "shipping costs" and received the items in the mail with NO additional statements, notices or terms etc. exactly 14 later I got a charge of $98.00 on my bank statement. I called the customer service number and talked with Justine, Mary and finally Robert (all 3 people sounded the same) I told them I never received any notice of terms ar agreement, they told me that it was some sort of club and I would be getting a charge similar to this every 14 days unless I cancelled the agreement. It took me almost 30 minutes to get them to understand that I never agreed to any sort of membership. Finally I told them that I was going to report them to the BBB and the attorney general. They finally did send me a notice of cancellation via email. This outfit, seems to me, to be of somewhat questionable authenticity and should be treated as a scam. I still plan on contacting the BBB in Delaware to lodge a formal complaint against "Allegro Luxury"
