I had ordered the free trial and received it in January 2017, It came with no reorder form , return address or phone number. A month later I my credit card acct was billed 99.15 by Synergy Skin Serum. I have been unable to locate any phone number or contact info for them so I can get my money back. They never did send me any more cream .
