I ordered a part for my car thinking it would arrive in a few days. It took a week for me to get a tracking number, the same day it was delivered to my mechanic. It was also the wrong part. My mechanic and myself email Sara about the wrong part. She apoligized saying the correct part would be sent out right away. Well, it has been yet another week, I still have no tracking number and no part. I am out $220, which doesn't seem like much to most people, but I am on disability and on an extremely tight budget. I have also been without a car for 3 weeks now because Sara assured me I would have my part delivered. This company is a farce. They are nice to you and get your trust and money, then you are left in the wings. Sorry business and sorry people.
