Well I happened to be shot and in the hospital, when I called I was on the 15th day shy, but I called the 15th day was given 2 conformation confirmation codes that I would not be charged since I was just one day late. The lady I spoke with told me that they would not be taking both charges out and that both accounts were canceled. Then on February 13, 2017 they got me, and when I called back the supervisor said that he was sorry that I misunderstood, how can one misunderstand that, she specifically told me that would not be taking out those charges. Please people watch out for the customer service when you talk to them because they will straight out lie to you.
