I was supposed to get a free watch just pay$5.?? for shipping for filling out a survey. I checked out the watch and it's worth $9.00 and when I tried to cancel all of this they put me on hold till they hang up. I received another watch worth $39.00 and called and spoke to Mark #53130 and he told me I had to wait till 2/23/17 to cancel the policy. I called today 2/13/17 and was told they couldn't let me speak to a supervisor and hung up. I called back again and again I was put on hold till it hangs up.
