International boundaries
Searched online for a pair of trainers @Nike WMNS Air Zoom Odyssey and found the above website, which was in Polish. We are in Poland. Found the trainers and ordered them. Paid online with my credit card. A pair of trainers arrived from China. They were the wrong ones. They are just a cheap casual shoe and are also the wrong size. We have sent several emails to the email given - [email protected].
We have also gone through the contact details on the rejuvenatural.com website. Both contacts returned an automatic email Firstly saying that they were on holiday till Feb 4th 2017. then again saying they were back from holiday but emails will take a long time. we then went to check the payment online and found that it was not the same price as quoted on the website. It now appears that they seem to be an individual acting as a middle person. I am now going to my credit card company to see what they can do.
