I am the executor of the account of Philip S Higgins . Mr. Higgins passed away on January 19th , 2017 . His Discover card - ending in 4182 was billed on January 25th 2017 for $ 11.84 . I have just received the final bill for this account . Can this charge be reversed and his account with Amazon prime ended . There is no way to contact Amazon as this does not fit in any of their boxes and not even a e-mail address or phone # to talk to a human . [email protected]
