My husband filled out an amazon survey and got a watch for 5.99. On feb 3 I noticed a 98.00 debit to my bank account. looking at the charge, it was listed as DVI-MUSCULARFINE with a number 844-3219400 FL
I figured that might be a phone number, so I called, and when it was answered it was a recording that said "Customer service, please hold" So I waited. When I person came on I asked what this charge was for. Found out it was a trial membership to do with the watch. My husband didn't read anything regarding an additional charge. After arguing with the woman, who asked if my husband was happy with the watch and I said not particularly, it isn't even worth the 6 bucks! She put me on hold and when she came back she said they were refunding me and cancelling our membership and an email would be sent to the address on file.
Guess what! No email and no refund!
So had husband call the next day and the person he talked to said it was cancelled and gave him a cancellation number, but said they could not refund the money.. And still, no email!
