I went in the red and was calling bank to see why and discovered this $30 taken out which was not notorized by me. I called the number and informed the person they were on tape and I wanted my funds back into my bank immediately. It was truly amazing the lies I caught them up in. I was then placed on hold and when they returned they said they would process my refund. They gave me a confirmation number and stated funds would be back in 3 to 7 business days. I informed them if they were not back within that time frame I would be turning it over to an investigator and the Attorney Generals office. They apologized endlessly. We will see what happens!
