Told me their company name was "CSS" and called form 866-527-1354. Stated that I am wanted for check fraud and non payment to pay day loans on the behalf of Vince Enterprises. Told me that they were a pre-litigation firm and that a formal complaint would be filed against me by the company for Intention to defraud. Be AWARE, Clearly violaters of FDCPA.
