Ordered a Patriots sweatshirt in September 2016 finally arrived in November. Sweatshirt didn't fit. After multiple requests I finally received instructions to return item. I was told I would receive a refund. After multiple emails with ridiculous excuses and run-around (15 emails) they've now decided I don't deserve a refund and insist on sending another shirt.
This company is dishonorable in every way imaginable, they steal your money and play games with emails.
